Naveen chairs Topaz World Holding Limited, the DIFC holding company that owns and governs the group's brands. He brings a rare combination of discipline and people leadership to the role: fifteen years as an Infantry officer in the Indian Army, where he led troops in active operations and served as a Group Testing Officer selecting the next generation of officers, followed by two decades building and leading human resources for large organisations. At Honeywell he rose from HR Manager to Director of HR for Honeywell Technology Solutions across India, China and the Czech Republic, and went on to head HR at Wonder Cement and lead HR, growth and corporate development for The Arth Group. As a Partner at Positive Momentum, a consultancy working with C-suite leaders, he coached executives through growth, diversification and leadership transitions. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he is also a certified life coach who has mentored hundreds of young professionals. At Topaz World, Naveen sets the governance framework the group operates within and mentors every member of the team, from the founders to the newest advisor. He chairs the group's strategy and growth reviews, brings an officer's insistence on standards and accountability to how the business is run, and keeps a leadership-development lens on the people behind it, so that the culture scales with the portfolio.
